Working with us

We can work with you in a variety of ways.... 

Exploratory discussion: The usual starting point is an exploratory discussion.  There is no charge for this.  We enjoy meeting people, discussing their needs and exploring how we might help.  Talk to us

Diagnostic review: We can start with a diagnostic review based upon our existing templates.  This provides a quick assessment and idea for action that we can explore with you.  In other cases, we start with an assessment of the strategy and how well it is understood at all levels.  Talk to us

Awareness and presentations: it is often useful at the start of engagements to brief people on the approach.  We present to teams from Board members through to whole organisations.  We'll present on the techniques and change.  However, presentation of the strategy we want you to own, after all it is yours. Talk to us  

Workshops and Away-days: We help a lot of clients by facilitating workshops and away-days.  These are prepared with you to get the most out of your valuable time. As one client put it, "We have done more work, and more valuable work, in two days than I have done in a whole week's planning session with other consultancies".  These can include future thinking, strategy planning, exploring scenarios, market analysis, strategic alliance relations, or tackling a specific tough issue that you have. Direct Consultancy: Most of our work is consultancy. On site working with you, diagnosing the problem, coaching your team, developing your skills, making things happen.  We help you move things forward, bcause it is your business. Talk to us

Training and development: We spend a lit of our time developing the skills and competencies of our clients.  Sometimes these are formal group training sessions. Another time it may be one-to-one development and coaching on specific topics or issues. Talk to us

Individual coaching: If necessary, we will spend time coaching individual directors or managers in presenting your strategy in a compelling way. Talk to us 

Customised work:  We will customise the work to suit your specific needs, organisation, size, where you are and where you want to get to.  We don't believe in "one size fits all" consultancy.  Talk to us

Trusted Advisors:  Sometimes we act as trusted advisors to individual Directors and Managers. This can be in a structured or ad-hoc manner as preferred.  Talk to us
